production schedule. The entire list of production orders/ work orders with complete details is populated here with a number
of filters and all additional information's that a planner needs to arrive at an optimum production plan. The objective is to
plan as close to the linear meter capacity available on the corrugation line and yet meet the delivery timelines. This is done
by minimizing the paper reel change and corrugation roll change. The solution also keeps a track of paper availability
(paper position wise), machine speed recommended for different jobs, and gives the flexibility to accommodate exigencies
too.

Paper Position Wise Stock Check:
System checks whether the jobs are possible by stock or reel. This ensures that the required stock is available and it is
available for each position of the board namely each liner and flute.

System also offers tools to manage converting process, a schedule can be planned for processes other than corrugation
(printing, die cutting, folding, stitching and packing etc.). A visual display of capacities and the loads on them helps optimize
